Marc's Auto & Tire Center

I went to Beck’s Auto on Micco to get an estimate on tire noise. Long story short, the quote was around $5k for total repairs. I was devastated. I took it to Marc’s (where I have been for about four years) for a second opinion. I am getting on the road again for around $400. I could not be more appreciative for the service that all the staff at Marc’s provided. STAY AWAY from Beck’s! Lesson learned. I’m staying with Marc’s. Shoutout to Alexis, Allie, Greg, and of course, Marc for the outstanding service.

Called ahead twice for an alignment, first occasion was denied service and was told if I replaced said “recommended” parts they would do an alignment on my vehicle. My daily driver was out two weeks while said parts came in and were installed, this impacted me badly but i understand shit happens it’s fine. I called ahead for the second time and scheduled an appointment and was told over the phone “I might as well come pick this up” because they recommended me more parts to install and they couldn’t do it after I was told it would be done after I replaced said parts. I am trying my best to handle my responsibilities and get to work, etc. and I explained that. Now in the same day I was denied the second time, I’m at gattos because they understand the severity of the situation and god bless, were willing to help me just straighten the tires! I hate to write this review but it was a nightmare to deal with and seemed like no one at Marc’s gave a damn!

Impeccable! I, like many get anxious over details, and Marc made a personal effort to involve me over personal phone calls while servicing my vehicle, allowing me to weigh in on every step made while maintaining professionalism in ensuring my vehicle was serviced the proper way. I had done some personal work on my vehicle and Marc so kindly took my thoughts into consideration with suggestions of his own to preserve and improve upon the end result while also saving me money! His services are most refreshingly timely. I felt an old school kindness through and through, from appointment setting to involvement in the care bestowed upon my vehicle, I will certainly recommend going to Marc's for a personalize relief of vehicle headaches to all going forth!

Marc and his whole team is amazing. I have been going here since I was kid and he has always taken care of me. He has worked with me to keep my cost low and takes into account the value of the vehicle and my budget while trying to find the best approach to keeping my vehicle going. Very communicative and I cant say enough good things about him and his team.

Had them replace all (4) tires on my wife's 2018 Chevrolet Suburban Premier RST 4x4. They were the cheapest around for a name brand quality tire. They even found that the hub was bad on the driver's side front wheel. They were not pushy on selling me one to replace, just advised me and gave me a quote to replace if I wanted. Their price was completely fair and their labor charge was not ridiculous by any means. Very happy with their services, will be using them again. Thank you guys and God bless!
